Scope of activities of the Laboratory:

Development of the basis and principles for assessing the level of systems performing safety functions, as well for the development of safe and comfortabla work conditions in automated and robotised production systems, Identyfication and assessment of the hazards of electrocution and the hazards related to injuries from the electrical equipment of machinery, Development and implementation of modern solutions for collective protetction in particular from the hazards of injuries and electrocution, Testing of the control system of machinery, collective protection equipment and electrical insulation equipment for conformity with safety requirements, Testing of the effectiveness of safety of protection against electrocution short circuits and overloads of the elecrtical equipment of machinery and work stations.
